We want you to be completely satisfied with your Salt Grooming experience. If a product isn't right for you, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
